January 25: Dr. Nancy Davis, chair of online and blended tracks, appeared with Rev. Leo Mahon on Relevant Radio AM-950 to discuss her book Fire Under My Feet.

January 22: The Office of Admission added Pari Pinyo to its team as an assistant director.

January 22 : The Chicago School's Starting from Scratch Lecture Series was mentioned in a Medill News Service story about the program's first lecturer, Dr. Richard Shweder.

January 15 and 16: Dr. Paul Larson, professor of clinical psychology, was quoted in a Tribune Red Eye story titled "Eco-Overload," about people obsessed with the environment. He also was quoted in a Pittsburgh Post-Gazette story about how people face major life changes.

January 14: Robert Switzer and Mike McNulty joined the Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) Department as affiliate faculty while Daniela Schreier joined the Counseling Department faculty.

January 7: The Office of Student Services welcomed Jesse Landstrom to its team as student services advisor. Anthony Petroy joined Professional Education faculty as associate professor.

January 3: Tonya Brooks has been promoted to director of accounting. Tonya joined the Accounting Department in 2006 as senior accountant.

January 2: The Chicago School welcomed Julie Bechtold as director of the Office of Career Services. The school also welcomed Dan Patterson as its new head of interlibrary loan services.

December 17: Adjunct faculty member Dr. Mark Goldstein was quoted in a Daily Herald article about children with allergies and their fear of some food.

December 10: The Clinical Psychology Doctoral welcomed two new members to its team. Lukasz Konopka, Ph.D., has been hired as department faculty. Previously he was an affiliate faculty member. Meanwhile, Courtney Hill joined the department as its department manager.

December 5: Online and Blended Track Director Mark Kassel will now serve the ExCEL programs as instructional designer.

December 4: Director of Admission Heather La Belle has joined the California team as director of enrollment services. She will begin her new duties February 1, 2008.
